Prenatal Yoga Group Classes
Congratulations on your pregnancy. The next 40 weeks are special time in your life, enjoy the sensations and be awake to all the changes taking place. As your baby grows inside, so will you on the outside. Accepting Pregnancy weight can be difficult at times especially when we no longer fit into our best pants. Don’t worry this is only for a short time. Why not consider a personal fitness coach?
We manage prenatal posture awareness while incorporating a regular yoga practice for all levels; allowing you to keep up your practice after pregnancy.
Registration in advance required. 10 classes $125 OR 20 classes $220 plus gst.
Classes offered Thursdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 11:15 am– enroll anytime.

Private Prenatal or Postnatal Fitness / Yoga Sessions
Take the time out for yourself. Work with an instructor to help you feel good about your weight, stay fit while pregnant and teach you the techniques to breathing and relaxation during uncomfortable months. We will help you feel good during your pregnancy journey and give you the tools to bond with your growing baby and changing body.
When the pregnancy is over and your challenged to regain your shape and stay healthy a private instructor can set fitness goals and keep you motivated to meet your post pregnancy goals and help you stay on track to achieving optimum wellness.
