The baby has finally arrived. As we enjoy our little bundles we begin to realize that we no longer make the time for our well being. Taking time out for your health and fitness is the most important thing your can do for yourself during this postnatal stage.
Postpartum depression is very common after delivery when the female begins to feel out of shape, tired and stressed with new responsibilities. Our centre provides the techniques required to help women reconnect with their health and incorporate baby into their new fitness regimes.

Private Prenatal or Postnatal Fitness / Yoga Sessions
Take the time out for yourself. Work with an instructor to help you feel good about your weight, stay fit while pregnant and teach you the techniques to breathing and relaxation during uncomfortable months. We will help you feel good during your pregnancy journey and give you the tools to bond with your growing baby and changing body.
When the pregnancy is over and your challenged to regain your shape and stay healthy a private instructor can set fitness goals and keep you motivated to meet your post pregnancy goals and help you stay on track to achieving optimum wellness.
